Shipping

• We ship within the United States only.
• Orders ship from Michigan, USA.
• Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and destination.
• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Returns

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cupping sets, cups, and devices cannot be returned unless defective.
• Defective or damaged items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
